Terms of Service
Last updated October 2, 2026
Gino is a focus-music website at ginofocus.com, run by Johnny Germano in New York. By using Gino, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose. If something is unclear, email hello@lockin.run.
Health and safety
Gino is not medical treatment. It's designed to help you focus, move, and rest. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, including ADHD, anxiety, or insomnia.
- Eye drills: stop right away if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable. If you have a history of seizures, vertigo, migraines, or eye conditions, talk to a doctor before using them. The drills use moving shapes but no flashing.
- Breathing exercises: breathe at a comfortable pace and stop if you feel lightheaded. If you're pregnant or have a heart or lung condition, check with a doctor first.
- Listening: keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones.
- Attention: don't use Gino while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention to stay safe. The Sleep room is for bedtime only.
- Kids: students should use Gino with a teacher, coach, or parent, who decides whether the activities are right for them.
Who can use Gino for free
Teachers and students use Gino free, with full access. Free access works on the honor system. Please be fair to it.
Buying time and passes
- Everyone else gets 25 free minutes a day. After that, you can add hours or buy an unlimited pass. The meter runs only while music plays.
- Unlimited passes last 30 days (monthly) or 12 months (yearly) from purchase. They are one-time payments and never renew automatically.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices may not include sales tax. Where required, applicable tax is added at checkout.
- Your remaining time is saved in the browser on the device you used. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices can reset it. If that happens, email us with your receipt and we'll restore your time.
- Purchased hours don't expire as long as Gino is running.
- Prices may change, but changes never affect time you've already bought.
Refunds
If you're not happy, email hello@lockin.run within 14 days of your purchase with your receipt, and we'll refund any unused hours, or the unused part of a pass.
How you can use the music
- Use Gino for yourself, in your classroom, with your team, or in your studio.
- Please don't record Gino's music to sell, upload as your own, or use in paid products without asking first.
- Don't try to break, overload, or copy the site's code to make a competing product.
Our work
The Gino name, logo, designs, music engine, and website belong to Johnny Germano. Using the site doesn't transfer any ownership to you.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Gino running well, but it's provided "as is." We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or work on every device or browser.
Limits on responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Johnny Germano and Gino aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms as Gino grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using Gino after an update, the new terms apply.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
